Paul joined United Medical Systems in 2018 and became CFO of FinnitivHealth in 2024 before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2026. Prior to joining the company, he served as VP and Corporate Controller at Harvard Bioscience, where he partnered closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution. A Certified Public Accountant, Paul holds a BA in Business from Saint Anselm College and an MS in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Dan joined Sightpath in 1998 and held numerous leadership positions within operations before moving into a role overseeing the day-to-day operations of TLC Vision’s mobile refractive program in 2006. In 2024, he moved into the Chief Operating Officer role at FinnitivHealth, overseeing both UMS and Sightpath. Dan began his career in operations and logistics while serving in the United States Army as an Avenger Missile System Technician from 1989 to 1997.

Sam joined FinnitivHealth in 2026 as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining the company, he worked at MGG Investment Group from 2021 to 2026, where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting investments. Prior to MGG, Sam worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst in both the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors groups. Sam received his BBA in Finance and a Certificate in Chinese Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Jorgen Madsen founded United Medical Systems, the mobile lithotripsy provider, where he served as the CEO from 2003 to 2017. He held the position of UMS Chairman until 2023. Jorgen introduced the partnership business structure to the mobile enterprise and oversaw UMS go through many processes and acquisitions, eventually transforming into its current form of national leader in mobile urology services. Today, Jorgen holds the title of a Board Member of UMS parent company, Finnitiv Health.

Stefanie Metko, RN, is the Senior Vice President of Operations at United Medical Systems, where she leads national urology service lines including shockwave lithotripsy, laser lithotripsy, and MR fusion biopsy services. In her role she partners closely with business development to expand sites of service and integrate new partnerships while driving operational excellence and financial performance. She has more than a decade of multi-state healthcare operations experience advancing innovation, strengthening quality, and expanding access to high-quality health care.

Lindsay Hilbelink is the Director of Partnership Success at UMS. In this role, she partners closely with the operations, contracting, sales, and finance teams to support both business development initiatives and physician partners. Lindsay also works cross-functionally to enhance processes and drive ongoing process improvement and growth. Prior to joining UMS, she built a broad healthcare background across product management, business development, marketing, and strategy.

Theresa Perry, RN, is the VP of Clinical Operations and Quality Assurance. In her role she oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, incident reporting, credentialing, and process improvement to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. She strives to ensure a safe, compliant work environment across all locations by promoting health and safety standards and a strong safety culture. Prior to this role, Theresa was the VP Operations for UMS starting in 2017. Before AKSM joined UMS in 2017, Theresa provided leadership in AKSM through several staff and management roles including VP Operations.

Noora Hassan serves as the Executive Director of Operations for MR Fusion. A healthcare operations leader and Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of experience, she brings more than ten years of operational leadership to her role. Noora partners closely with sales, contracting, finance, and urology partners to support the nationwide expansion of MR Fusion's advanced prostate biopsy services. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and operational strategy, she is dedicated to driving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and improving patient outcomes through innovation and collaboration.

Based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Ryan Reseigh brings more than 19 years of operational leadership experience at United Medical Systems. Since joining UMS in 2007 as a Mobile Laser Tech, Ryan has advanced through a series of clinical and operational leadership roles, including ESWL Tech, ESWL Preceptor, Regional Manager, before advancing to his current position as National Director of URS/V-URS Operations.

Tom Roane is the Vice President of Lithotripsy Operations at United Medical Systems, where he leads UMS shockwave lithotripsy teams across the United States and Canada. With 27 years of experience in the lithotripsy industry, Tom brings deep expertise in clinical operations, physician relationships, logistics management, field support, and service delivery.

Lori Doyle serves as Vice President of Finance at UMS, where she oversees the accounting and finance functions. She manages equipment financing and new partnership formations, provides monthly and quarterly financial and covenant reporting, leads annual audits, and supports day-to-day operations and partnership-related financial needs. Before joining UMS, Lori held senior and executive leadership roles with continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) and large regional hospitals.

Johanna Porter has served as the Director of Human Resources at UMS for more than 10 years. In this role, she partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support employee engagement, talent development, recruitment, organizational operations, and organizational growth. Prior to joining UMS, she grew her HR career within hospital and health system environments, supporting a broad range of human resources functions across hospital operations.

Tanya Lamothe brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience to UMS and currently serves as its Director of Sales Administration and Contracting. Since joining the team in 2004 as part of the finance department, Tanya has leveraged her extensive organizational knowledge and experience to advance into her current leadership role. Today she oversees the full lifecycle of facility and partnership contracts, ensuring alignment between contractual strategies, compliance requirements and business objectives. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong organizational expertise, Tanya plays a key role in supporting business development, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering long term business relationships through cross-functional collaboration.
